For the 75 mile route: https://ridewithgps.com/routes/19479344

On arrival please report to the SIGNING IN TENT.   It is imperative that you return to Horsmonden Green when you have finished so we can sign you out – this is for your safety and our reassurance! You will also be presented with a medal by a representative of Walking with the Wounded.

Helmets must be worn and all participants must abide by the Highway Code.

The route will be well signposted and will have marshals positioned at difficult junctions.  Along the route you will be following red arrows on a yellow background with wording in black.  All arrows will have the wording ‘LEFT’, ‘RIGHT’ or ‘STRAIGHT AHEAD’. This way you will know that no arrows have been tampered with.  If you see arrows that you think have been tampered with, please ring the emergency number.

There will be 3 food and water stops (one on the 25 mile route, two on the 50 and three for the 75).  Lavatory facilities at 12.5 and 33.5 miles.

Food and Beverages
Heath Stores will be laying on breakfast of tea, coffee and bacon butties from 7.30am plus a selection of items for lunch. ‘The Gun and Spitroast’ will also be serving a spit roast and barbecues for lunch from midday, both will be donating a percentage of takings to the Charity.

Please remember to collect your sponsorship as we are raising much needed funds for this worthwhile Charity which helps re-educate and re-train our injured servicemen and women for a career outside The Armed Forces.  If you have your sponsorship by the 30th of April, we would appreciate you bringing it with you on the day. We have also set up a Virgin Money Giving page, should you find it easier to ask people to pay directly in to this:
